I enjoy the limitless potential real estate provides. I love to work with investors on everything from locating a renovation project to identifying a long-term hold investment. Helping clients buy and sell, and realize value from their properties is satisfying. Whether new to real estate investing or just looking for a new broker, I work with clients to research options and opportunities, and strive to help them attain their goals. As a licensed broker in Oregon since 2006, I have been involved in many aspects of real estate on both the residential and investment side. I have experience with MultiFamily, Small Plex, and “Fix & Flip” Residential investments in the Willamette Valley. Every day provides a new learning experience for me – whether running the numbers on a potential investment property or calling on my network to find a pre-market property to fulfill a client request. In between working on my clients’ behalf, I manage my own portfolio of apartments, small plexes, and residential rental properties. Being invested in this community gives me insight into how properties are performing in various areas and helps me to identify the best opportunities for property types or market area. Personally, my interests include everything that involves being active and/or outdoors…and real estate, of course. I thrive on working out, hiking, running, biking and all things related to health/fitness. As often as I have the opportunity, I travel and explore new places.
